We just returned from the NAQP Conference in Nashville and are feeling pumped about some exciting new information we have learned about the printing and direct mail industry. There are lots of exciting new things we are going to be offering in 2014 to help our customers continue to receive a better return on investment with their marketing efforts.
We have been noticing a trend of a lot of businesses lately returning to traditional forms of advertising such as direct mail.
Here are a few reasons why so many businesses are choosing mail today!
It’s … PRIVATE.
It’s … RELIABLE (no spam filters to block it)
It’s … GUARANTEED to be reviewed. Did you know the average review of mail is 5 to 7 Seconds of focus on junk mail and 2 to 3 minutes for transactional mail (bills, etc.)
It’s … PREFERRED. Did you know 20% donate via a direct mail solicitation vs. receiving an online solicitation?
It’s … TECH SAVVY. Now more than ever there are ways to personalize your direct mail, track responses, and connect your printed pieces to the online world. Some examples of this are Personalized URLs (PURLS), Augmented Realty (AR), Quick Response “QR” Codes, Variable Data (use people’s information such as names, birthdays, types of cars, etc within their pieces
It’s … INCLUSIVE. EVERYONE receives mail at their homes and businesses. It’s not like other forms of advertising where someone has to subscribe to a magazine or newsletter, or blog to read your message. You can force it in their hands by sending it to their mailbox at home or work.
It’s … TANGIBLE.
